Ranika Dalzell, RMT

Ranika is a Registered Massage Therapist who is passionate about helping others reach their goals. She graduated from the Centennial College Massage Therapy Advance Diploma.Ranika uses a wide variety of techniques during her treatments, which includes Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue, Stretching and Resistance Techniques, Facial Techniques, Remedial Exercise and Hydrotherapy.  
Ranika has provided treatment to patients with a variety of different backgrounds, age groups and conditions such as sports injuries, tendonitis, pregnancy, strains, sprains and repetitive injuries.
Ranika believes that Massage Therapy is an important part of a multidisciplinary team beyond providing relaxation. Ranika’s goal is to provide the best patient care available for her patients.


Amy Simmonds RMT

Amy is a compassionate therapist with an easy going manner, quickly making her clients feel comfortable and at ease. Amy's work experience in both physiotherapy clinics and spa atmospheres make her equally adept at working with clients in an acute phase or for those in need of a lighter touch. Whether it is relaxation, deep tissue for chronic problems or prenatal massage each treatment will be focused on restorative care. She is also well trained to incorporate cupping in her treatments, a fascial technique which further helps in the release of deeper musculoskeletal restrictions.


Christina St Pierre RMT

Christina graduated in 2008 and started her career working in clinics and spas allowing her to treat a number of different conditions and clients from newborns to seniors. She worked at a prenatal clinic where she taught infant massage and aided expecting mothers in all stages of pregnancy.

She has a bubbly personality with a firm and nurturing touch that let's her clients feel pampered and renewed. She's confident  giving both deep therapeutic treatments or relaxation treatments. Clients rave about her therapeutic hot stone massage and body scrub.


Dr. Albert (Kevin) Jay, Chiropractor

Dr. Kevin began his academic career at the University of Waterloo where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1993. Following graduation, he worked in the insurance industry and in the Development Laboratory at DuPont Canada before resuming his studies at Sherman College of Chiropractic in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
Since graduating Magna Cum Laude from Sherman College of Chiropractic in 2001, Dr. Kevin has been a partner with his father and later his two brothers and sister-in-law in a family owned chiropractic clinic focussed on WSIB and private insurance claims, as well as personal and sports injuries. In addition, Dr. Kevin has been employed in a variety of MVA rehabilitation clinics as both a Clinic Director and Clinician.


Dr. Kevin’s formal chiropractic education has been enhanced via continued education including Functional Capacity Evaluation Certification, Soft Tissue Evaluation and Treatment, Post-Rehabilitation Exercise Protocols and Acupuncture Section 1A towards certification as an acupuncture provider.
Dr. Kevin has been married to his wife Theressa since 1995. Together with their five children Tyrus, Brody, Keeley, Payton and Raelyn they enjoy playing sports, reading and travelling. Dr. Kevin is a member of the College of Chiropractors of Ontario, Canadian Chiropractic Association and Ontario Chiropractic Association.
